The familiar colour blue of Euro Products gets a green accent. The green flower of the European Ecolabel. The European Ecolabel is a hallmark for non-food products and services with a low environmental burdening. More and more companies, government institutions and organizations are affixing much importance to environmental-friendly and environment justified made products. Durability has their high priority. That applies certainly for Euro Products.

The European Ecolabel – an initiative of the European Union – indicates that a product complies the stringent demands, which is granted to this label. These apply for the total production cycle. Started from raw material – with Euro Products often wood or recycled paper – up to the production process itself. Besides important criteria herewith are an economical use of water and energy, reduction of waste or decreasing the emission in the air, ground and surface water. Before granting the European Ecolabel a careful control has been done by independent experts. A council of supervision existing of representatives from trade and industry, unions and environmental organizations are auditing the process.

Companies, which may conduct the brand must pay for it. Euro Products has it gladly and it is an honour for us to be one of predecessors in this product branch in the Netherlands. That also applies for the buyers of the products with a Ecolabel. It also offers the consumers the possibility to show that they are affixing to durable and environmental-friendly products. Moreover the quality is not a discussion. The quality is at least just as good as that of traditional made products. That links up with the severe quality requirements which Euro Products is claiming. For that reason the company has already obtained the ISO 9001 certificate few years ago. That makes severe demands to the way of producing and the intercourse with clients. Therefore the award of the European Ecolabel suits completely in the policy of Euro Products, that is aimed to be proud of the supplied products, the way of production and the people who work there.
